What Causes Decrease Of Pus Cells From Blood Sample?

hi, my name is komal,My sister got fever 5-6 days back and got so much weakness. she took medicines for fever from the family doctor but did not get relief. so we got her blood test and the report came with 47 PUS CELLS in blood sample. so doctors directed us to admit her in the hospital and they said the count should be between 60-70 . when we ask them about these cells and what are these, why it decreases so we dont get a reply from the doctor. can you please help us by telling us that Why these cells decrease in the blood. what are these cells stands for. how to inrease them..please help and please reply soon.

pus cells in blood means THERE IS INFECTION IN THE BLOOD BY MICROORGANISMS LIKE BACTERIA...if there is decrease in pus cells than it is a GOOD SIGN because it means that the infection is resolving
