Hi, I had a binge drinking session on friday and the next day, I woke up with severe nausea. later, i puked. First part was fully white liquid and the second part was brownish in colour but liquid and after the last retch I puked liquid blood, about 2 tea spoons. Welcome to healthcaremagic.com. Good day, the blood that came was because of micro-tear due the the excessive forces in your esophagus while vomiting/retching. Of course excessive alcohol intake will predispose you to having stomach ulcers and bleeding over the long run and what is termed coffee ground emesis.
I hope this answers your question. Good luck and feel free to direct any more questions to me.
