What Causes Dark Under Eye Circles After A Concussion?
I have heavy dark undereye circles for around 2yrs. when I suffered a concussion. I am a lighter skinned african american & want to get rid of this problem. This is not hereditary in my family. What should I do to treat this problem &get rid of these undereye corcles?

as you say concussion occur before 2 years dark circle have to disappear in such time..if it occurs because of it..
there are many causes like not comlete sleep...anemia..stress...etc.
so better to cure it..
you can apply hydroquinone cream to darken area..
