Hello Harshitha. Some pigmentary changes are common after pregnancy. Also, the pattern of pigmentation you have described is common in pigmented contact dermatitis due to cosmetics. Stop all cosmetics you have been using. Apply a bland moisturizer like cetaphil and glycolic acid 6% cream to start with. I suggest you to treat it slow. Aggressive treatment might do harm actually. Avoid soap or facewashs and use syndet based cleansers like cetaphil cleansing lotions. It should improve gradually. Thanks
