What Causes Dark Nose Bleed While On Aspirin And Ibuprofen?
HI I just has a nose bleed, blood was dark , am mid 50s male in good health, not on any meds except over counter pain , aspirin and ibuprofen and I take. As little as needed for arthritis pain. I let it bleed for a bit, was wondering if a plane trip last week maybe caused a pocket to form ? G

This could be a result of the flight and the pressure differential and from a dryness to your nasal mucosal lining.
A single bleed like this isn't too worrisome but you should have your doctor evaluate it
