What Causes Dark Green Stools, Frequent Urination, Headaches And Cramps

My wife has had dark green stools, frequent urination, headaches, fatigue and abominal/menstrual type cramping pain. symptoms on going for the last two weeks. Last period, first day was June 18th. 26 years old and sexually active and no contraceptives. No changes in diet.

Less food intake could be the cause of this. One condition is there and that is the viral infection but it may not last this much longer for 20 days so it could be the bacterial infection and on tentative basis, it can be given a try with tab Doxycycline.
