What Causes Dark Bruise On The Bottom Of Back?
Hi, i have a small but really dark bruise on the bottom of my back just above my bum cheek slightly to the right, i havnt had a fall i do suffer with lower back pain (doc said couple of years ago muscle spasms)which has been bad recently and more on the right, do you suggest i go and get it checked out?

It would of course be wise to get it checked, but bruises can appear without any noticeable injuries or falls and when this occurs rarely it is fine, but when this happens regularly is when we need to get checked. As for you, the spasms and the bruise together call for some minor intervention by your doctor but nothing serious in my opinion.
