What Causes Dark Brown Vaginal Bleeding During Early Pregnancy?

im 28 years og sage 5 feet and 6 inches weighing 85kg im now in an early pregnancy but i experienced vaginal bleeding and color is dark brown and little bit cramping in my lower abdomen but when i go to doctor she make ultrasound but still the baby is invisible and she said the uterus is big and the pregnancy is still thhere and she gave me aspirin 100protect

I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.
As you said there is a bleeding in early pregnancy.There can be subchorionic bleeding,it can be of decidual reaction,placental bleeding also it can be threatened abortion or miscarriage. So I will suggest you to consult with your obstetrician and have followup using sonography.
