Hi,

Brown dark patches on axillary areas may be most probably tinea versicolor or erythrasma. Both the conditions are skin infections caused by fungus and bacteria respectively. You consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis.

I would suggest...

- antibiotics oral and topical in tinea versicolor
- antifungal oral and topical in erythrasma
- avoid soap bath

I hope this would help you..

Thanks.
