What Causes Dark And Pink Spotting And Negative Pregnancy Tests?
Hi, I have had an unusal spotting and short period and not sure what is going on. I have a 35 day cycle and menstration usually lasts between 5 and 7 days. I was due for my period last Saturday. I started spotting on Friday dark and pink like discharge. I continued spotting on Saturday. Until the evening when the spotting became a watery red. I then got my normal period on Sunday. On Monday it became light and resumed spotting on Monday evening. I have been spotting today the watery red type again. I have experienced some frequent urination, fatigue and slight nausea so have taken several home pregnancy tests which have been negative so not sure what is going on?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion I suggest you to repeat the urine pregnancy test after a week.If still it is negative then the irregular spotting might be due to hormonal imbalance.Dont worry.I suggest you to get ultrasound done to rule out any abnormality and thyroid profile.Avoid stress if any.As stress might also cause hormonal imbalance.
