Such type of cyst and pain which is related to the menstrual cycle is usually due to endometriosis.
Get investigated by ultrasonography and CTscan , consult a Gynecologist and Surgical Specialist and get this cyst removed in - toto and send for histo-pathology.
Diagnostic Laparascopy is best to diagnose such things at other places .
