Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

Nothing to be concerned about this.
It is usual to have change is in the stool of the child.
This is most probably caused by the food he have recently like excessive fatty foods or excessive milk.
As he do not have any abdominal pain, loose stools or change in cloud of skin like jaundice, nothing to be concerned about this.

His eating habits are also normal.

Hope thishelps.
Please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
