What Causes Crawling Sensations In The Scalp?

I have a crawling sensation that started on my scalp and now is all over, mostly places I have hair. When it starts to crawl I can go to the spot and sqeeze it and it pops, no fluid or anything visible. Been dealing with this for ten years. Many doctor visits...please help

Hi,

It seems that probably you may be having delusion of parasitosis. It is an obscessive compulsive disorder. Actually there is no skin problem,but patient feels that there is something on skin. He feels crawling sensation. You avoid tension. Take pimozide or Escitalopram tab under dermatologist observation. You might improve after long time. I hope you got my answer.
