2+ hours after eating breakfast (soft-boiled eggs with bread and cheese) I started getting abdominal cramps. Anticipating diarrhea I went to the bathroom but passed out for 5-10 minutes. Don't even remember it happening - just woke up on the floor. Was feeling hot and skin tingling prior to passing out, and my lower back was hurting all morning before all this happened. Combined with the fact that I've had vertigo for several weeks now after a cold combined with neck chiropractic care, I'm worried. Female, age 47, normally in good health.
