Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Last night I was just in pain and suddenly had thigh pain / cramps develop in both thighs - I decided to get up and gget the legs moving and on standing I blacked out without warning and ended up on the tiled floor. I got myself onto the bed and was overcome with waves of pain throughou my body and broke out in a cold sweat. I had to lay there for about one hour before I could stnad up and go make a strong sweet cup of tea. After that I went to sleep but on waking I was very emotional. What should I do - what might cause this?
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I could say you may be having muscular stiffness and this must have happened because of the poor posture and I would like to suggest "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day 2) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg three times in day, 3) Tab Chlorzoxazone three time in day, have a nice day. Try to maintain the good posture.
