What Causes Cramps During First Trimester Of Pregnancy?

Hi..i m 3 n half month pregnant..i took cytotec last week 4 tablets of 200mcg after every 3 hr...i took 24 tablets n i inserted 4 vaginally n after 36 hrs medicines came our as it is ...i juz felt little bit cramps without any bleeding i went for ultrasound ..baby,heart beat and amniotic fluid was normal...now today i felt those cramps again...just little bit...i want to keep the baby ..can u please tell me what are the chances that i ll deliver normal baby physically and mentally ...as it is my first baby...and is it necessary that the medicine will effect the child....m too worried:((((

Misoprost(cytotec) is used for aborting pregnancy. Why did you insert it if you wanted to continue your pregnancy?!!.misoprost can cause anomalies in fetuses. The cramps are most likely due to misoprost.
