What Causes Cramps, Bloating, Flatulence And Stomach Rumbles?
Hello, I have Cramping, bloating, farting, bleching and rumbling in stomach. I have a terrible eat and sleep cycle due to rotational shifts. Been having this flatulence issue since a couple years now. Had undergone a hydrogen breath test last year which confirmed that there is a bacterial growth in my small intestine. My gastro had me take Antibiotics for remedy but didn t stop the flatulence. The medicines I had were Rixmin and Doxy. Now he suggested me to stop that and just have Pegmove for a good bowel which would help ease the issue but this hasn t helped. I have had terrible cramps during night since a week and unable to sleep well. Please suggest a remedy/ medicine for the issues.
Greetings! Answer: with regards to your history , you have already mentioned your eating pattern is disturbed! this is the culprit which is causing you all the issue!with this you might be infected by the common bacteria called Helicobacter pylori (implicated in 95 per cent of ulcer). i would suggest you to undergo ENDOSCOPY and follow a proper diet regime! proton pump inhibitors wiil be help in reducing the acidic levels! and strictly no to alcohol(if applies) and antiinflammatory drugs!
