Today at work it was really warm because the air conditoning had broken down. I got my period at work today as well in the morning which was when I started feeling cramps that also made me feel uncomfortable down my legs, like the cramps made it feel sore-ish. After a while of standing at the till near the warm computers I started feeling light headed and when I moved my vision started going bright and my hearing went away temporarily and I just felt like vomiting. I kept getting hot then cold but that could ve been from my work mates shifting me around to try get cool. My cramps felts like diarrhea cramps but when I went to the toilet it was nothing so it must ve been just period cramps. I went home and I have a headache now and my stomach feels unwell with slight cramping. What happened?
