Noted the history about your and your husband having sex daily, have severe cramps in the lower abdomen and feeling bloated, missed periods by 5 days, pregnancy tests is negative, had whitish discharge in urine 3 days ago and today had period, wants to know the reason and about pregnancy ... As per the history, this looks to be pelvic inflammatory disease with possible urinary tract infection. I would advise you hte following: Get the Urine tests: Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity. Tests of blood and stool as you have bloating too. Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen particularly for pelvis, genitourinary tract. Per-vaginal examination by a Gynecologist and clinical evaluation. Get a proper antibiotic treatment for you and your husband too. Take plenty of oral fluids. There is no pregnancy. Take bed rest and no sex till you get cured.
