Hi,
Your symptoms could be due to tubal or uterine cramps or urethral trauma consequent to rough intercourse. You may get yourself examined by a gynecologist to rule out other causes and also get urinalysis to exclude infection. You may take an anti-spasmodic to relieve the pain, but, the cause of the bleeding needs to be located. Urethral trauma, cervical infections, erosions, vaginal tears as a result of traumatic intercourse can be suspected. Hope you find this information helpful. Wish you good health.
