As you mentioned that you had three miscarriages last year.
According to you , you are diabetic and age is also a problem ( as you mentioned in the query ) .
Home pregnancy test is NEGATIVE .
All symptoms may be due to pregnancy , may not be due to pregnancy .
Tow options are there :
1 Either consult a gynecologist and physical examination will reveal everything , whether you are pregnant or not.
2 Or get in blood for chorinicgonadotrphin test for pregnancy confirmation ( this is most reliable test ).
3 Repeat another home pregnancy test of another brand.
