General & Family Physician, Dr. Vidya KR's Response
Hi, thanks for using HCM.
Your symptoms are suggestive of vascular problem, probably Raynaud's disease. In which there will be sudden decrease in blood supply due to sudden spasm of blood vessels. Management of Raynaud's phenomenon involves preventing the spasm of the blood vessels by protecting the fingers and the toes from cold, trauma, and infection. Medications that can aggravate blood vessel spasm should be avoided. Keep yourself warm. Hand gloves are helpful. If your symptom are not controlled with these measures vessel dilating need medications.
Hope this helps you.
Regards
