Hi There

I've read your query and I understand your concern

I would like to tell you heart problem generally in young age is unlikely to happen until unless you have a very strong cardiac family history.

It's advisable for you to take anti anxiety meds like alprazolem for sometime but this medicine is not available over the counter. So, you have to go to a doctor for written prescription.

Hopefully I answered your query.
Wish You Good Luck
