I advice you to consult the best and experienced gynecologist in your area for successful abortion. As cramping and clotting started, there are so may cause like ectopic pregnancy, molar pregnancy, pregnancy in advanced stage, fibroid and any other growth in uterus, injury during surgical process. Any way you have to consult the gynecologist and get the USG SCAN, blood HCG, CBC, hb, urine test that help you in management of your problem. If intrauterine pregnancy will found, it will easily aborted by surgical process and all other cause also require surgery. Take following advice: Injection paracetamol for high fever, injection spas max, rest for 48 hour after procedure, antibiotic for 3 days, follow up after 7 days, and again USG after 14 days to confirm retain product.
