Hi
The first day of your periods is usually the most unpleasant one.Sometimes the pain gets aggravated due to sex just before the periods because your uterus contracts when you are sexually excited.Since you had periods the next day a pregnancy is highly unlikely. So you need not worry.
I hope this solves your query.Feel free to get back to me for any further clarifications and do remember to rate my answer.
Thank you.
