hi this is the 2nd time its happened to me but i have spitted up blood. in the last couple of months i have been having coughing fits with phlegm but only in the last week ive coughed up blood twice my tonsils and chest hurt after the coughing up of the blood

Hello This needs immediate evaluation with a chest x-Ray. It could either signify pneumonia or a lung tumor
