What Causes Coughing Up Of Blood After A Head Injury?

My husband fell a 6 days ago, hit his head and right eye, he lost blacked out for a few seconds and the next day his eye was blood red in the corner near of eye (near his nose). He did see a nurse at work, because he was feeling dizzy, but now he is coughing up blood, is this normal with an eye injury from a fall?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and as I keep saying that head injury need to be kept under the observation for 48 hours this is the rule, if your husband is having a history of hemoptysis then this is not normal and he need to be examined clinically by the physician, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
