What Causes Cough With Wheezing In A Child?

Hi doctor. My baby girl is 4 month old n suffering from cough and cold associated with severe crackles in breath sound n wheezing from past 1 week. She was given Augmentin 2.8ml BID, Ambrodil-LX 0.7 ml TID and Sinerest-AF 0.7 ml TID along with 3 set of duoline nebulization for 4 days. Since wheezing petsisted sinerest was changed to Monocoril 0.7 ml TID on 4th day and continuing on other medications. I missed one dose of antibiotic.Now she started fever and i am concerned about my baby and the treatment given. She is given pneumococcal vaccine one dose.Please give me a valuable advice. Am i on the right track.

consult pediatric specialist for examination and auscultation of lung fields. bronchodialater may be requeredantibiotic and other drugs can be given with advise of pediatrician. give full history and about missing dose to doctor
