What Causes Cough With Foul Taste In Mouth?

Started with a cold about 7 days ago...no fever but cough now and is getting worse...can feel some movement in my chest that is a little painful...horrible taste in my mouth...a bit of yellow discharge in mouth and from nose...do i need to see doctor for this? tired and achy too

Hi..it is suggestive of common cold.you can continue symptomatic treatment with steam inhalation and paracetamol if fever occurs. It will get relieved in a week.Maintain adequate fluid intake and good oral intake.
