What Causes Cough, Sore Throat And Marks Inside Mouth?

6 year old
my 6 year old daughter seemed to be perfec
tly fine. then she coughed and began to complain of her throat and the inside of her mouth hurting. she has had her tonsils and adenoid removed. and it seemed that the pain was sudden onset after one single cough. I don't see any marks inside of her mouth, or discoloration of any sort. she didn't have anything in her mouth when she coughed. any suggestions or thoughts?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Thanks for the query.
You will have to pay attention if she is really in pain, and that too severe as she is saying.
If she is a normal healthy child who usually never complains then it is advisable to take her to a pediatrician or ENT specialist.
If you feel she is doing it to get your attention then leave everything and be with her, and then if you feel the need, then take her to doctor.
