Hello Your mother X-ray findings suggests mildly under inflated lungs means less expanded lungs than expected.Normally chest X-ray(PA view) is take in full inspiration.Under expansion may be due to less inspiratory effort,restrictive lung disease etc. She need proper clinical correlation.PFT(Pulmonary function test)can be done if needed. There are also prominent bronchial calcification and probable calcified lymph nodes at the inferior right hilum,it may be due to many causes like healed infection,occupational disease etc.It is not an active lesion and mostly it doesn t require any treatment.
