What Causes Cough , Cold And Wheezing Often?

my son is almost 4 and due to the weather and other allergic triggers he catches a cold and cough pretty ofen only a month and a half ago i found out that he also had wheezing along with his cough he was given nebulization with levolin and budecort and put on oral kidpred syrup fr 3 days he was alright . post that we started him on homeopathy and he seemed to be getting better . he has just started with a cold and cough again just want to know if i should nebulize him or should I wait? I'm really afraid because the last time i waitied it totally got out of control.

Differential diagnosis would be wheezing associated with lower respiratory tract infection,acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Such cases usually responds to nebulization with bronchodilators and steroids.Inhalational bronchodilators may be needed based on clinical improvement.please consult your doctor for the same.
