HI, I HAVE NEPHEW SHES ALREADY 11 YEARS NOW, WHEN SHE WAS 3 YEARS OLD, SHE IS AN ORDINARY KID, BUT TIMES COME SHE S IN CONVULSION, YEARS PAST SHE BECAME LATE DEVELOPMENT AND BECOME SPECIAL CHILD, SHE DID NOT ABLE TO SPEAK.. ITS ALREADY HER 10 YEARS FOR BEING SPEECH DISABILITY, IS IT MAY POSSIBILITY FOR HER TO BECOME NORMAL?THANK YOU, HOPE TO ANSWER MY QUESTION..GODBLESS

In my opinion there is very less chances that your niece will be normal again. There may be improvement in her and she might be able to communicate either with speech or with other modes of communication like pictures, sign or other communication devices.
