What Causes Contraction Like Pain With Rapid Heart Beat?

I am 30 weeks pregnant and I have read that rapid heart beat is normal but I am also experiencing a contraction like pain when my heart beats fast. the pain started in my lower back and is now throughout my stomach. I recently moved away from my doctor and I'm wondering if I should go to the hospital and get looked at.

Dear madam,I understand your concern. In my opinion when there is pain the heart rate will be increased.Pain starting in the lower back and progressing towards stomach goes in favour of preterm pains. My aim is not to make you tense but do get an examination done by consulting your gynae to rule out the cause is preterm pains or any other cause.so dont worry relax any type of pain will subside with apt treatment.
Drink upto 2 to 3 litres of water per day .Because sometimes dehydration also results in pain.
