What Causes Continuous Light Headedness And Shortness Of Breath?
At first i was only lightheaded when walking, now im lightheaded even laying down. My right wrist and right ring finger is now feeling uncomfortable . I have shortness of breath and my lightheadedness is now constant. No cough, no blood in bowel movement

You may possibly be anemic. I suggest you see you doctor for investigations. This would be one of the most likely causes for your symptoms.
