General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Immediately consult the gynecologist as heavy bleeding after 1 week of abortion pill is not normal.
Following are the causes: incomplete abortion/retain product of pregnancy and or vaginal infection.
Undergo USG scan and vaginal swab test.
If incomplete abortion will found, treatment is D & C.
Antibiotic require for infection.
Maintain proper hygiene and take healthy diet with iron and vitamin supplements.
Hope this may help you
