What Causes Continuous Dry Coughing?

hi,i am continously coughing last 15 years million times i had been surgery,my lungs is okey its dry cough but its effect when i was talking especially and eating especially whan i was drinking coffee,something like tickling in my throat................if you can help me i would appreciate forever..thanks

Thanks for your query.
Read and understood that you have a chronic coughing problem for the last 15 years. Gets instigated by by talking, eating, especially drinking coffee.

This is a classical symptom of a very sensitive epiglottis. Any thing irritating this part of the area will cause coughing in your case.

I would advise you the following:
- First of, make a list of the things that is instigating or enhancing the the coughing.
- ENT Endoscopy to see the problem.
- Get a course of an antihistamine and oral steroids in tapering dosages.
This should control your problem.
- This is the mainstay of the treatment, try this and you will get the result...
