What Causes Continuous Vomiting During Flue?

my 3 year old had the flu a week ago, vomited severely for that night only. however, for the last week he has vomited once a day...usually at night after an hour of being in bed. We've been following the BRAT diet, but he is still vomiting. Could he still have the stomach flu, or is this caused by something else now? Additional info: the whole family ended up with this flu thurs/fri, but we are all fine now? thoughts?

HI
Thank fore asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and because of the viral infection such vomiting is very common symptom among the toddler, and this would come around just try to keep the child nil by mouth for few hours then the vomiting would stop if the symptom persist then you can try anti emetic and Domperidone is the choice, have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
