What Causes Constipation While On L Glutamine?

Just finished a 10 day water fast and costipation with pale small round stool very infrequent no pain no discomfort. Stool were brown before tasting. Am taking 40 g L Glutamine and taking colonic infusion of dissolved probiotics biffidum and lactobacillus

give fossitol syrp 5ml at night..with regular exercise..keep it up..thanku..and pelenty of water..exercise is must..
