I have had various symptoms over the past 6 months, which I at first attributed to stress. When I finally went to the doctor he gave me cbc, hiv, metabolic, and rpr tests and all came back normal except that i have a sodium deficiency and am dehydrated, along with slightly low blood pressure.My symptoms are constipation (I usually do not defecate unless I take some form of laxative), vertigo feeling when i stand (I have actually fainted a few times; the fainting is always accompanies by my left leg going numb so that it in the moment it seems to be that i fall because i cannot stabalize myself but my mother who has witnessed it says I just black out for a few seconds), acid reflux, joint pain especially if i have put pressure on the joint before (such as if I prop myself up by leaning on an arm or my knees if squatting, my legs have purplish botchiness all over but especially from the knee down, white seed like things as well as yellow mushy looking objects in my stool, enlarged sometimes tender lymph nodes in my groin, Im constantly cold but that could just be me, and I bruise and get cut very easily. I dont know whats all related but those are the things that stick out most to me. And ideas what it could be?
