Hello and welcome to HCM,
There are multiple symptoms that you are suffering.
I will focus of all symptoms individually.
Constipation, fatigue, irregular bowel movements, bloating, stomach pain and mucus in stools are suggestive of an intestinal problem.
These symptoms are suspicious of irritable bowel disease (IBD).
However, clinical assessment and examination of the lower gastrointestinal tract is required to assess the status of lower gastrointestinal tract.
However, IBD is one of the various possibilities for the mentioned symptoms.
In addition, bruising can occur in various conditions like disorders of platelets or clotting factors.
Thus, I suggest you to get a complete hemogram done to primarily assess the status of platelets.
If platelets are within normal range, assessment of coagulation factors should be done with investigations- prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time.

Thanks and take care
