What Causes Constipation And Right Sided Lower Back Pain?

I experienced constipation last Friday I had pain in my lower right back then I took the meds and used the the bathroom 8 times in a 9 hour period on Saturday. I have still suffered the back pain off and on went to doctor Friday cause I thought it was a kidney stone they tested my urine and said no it wasn't. today I just had a very small bowel movement and I still hurt in my lower right back probabaly a 5 on scale 1 to 10 thank you

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to constipation, renal stone.
I would suggest to consult USG scan to rule out kidney stone.
Urine test will not helpful to rule out kidney stone.
Specific treatment depend on cause.
Following advice will help you for constipation:
Glycerine enema for immediate relief
Syrup Lactulose: can be taken up to 30 ml twice a day
Tab bisacodyl at bedtime can useful
Bulking agents like isabgol husk
For pain you took meftal spas
Take rest
