Hi I m a 35 year old female I ve been on pain killers since 2010 due to horse back ridding accident . The other day I really had to force to poop almost felt like i was having another baby and now my lower left stomach is sore I had hysterectomy at 19 . ?

There are two possibilities you need to discuss with your doctor one is gastritis which is common post long intake of pain medication and other being injury to kidney.
