Hello, So I have many symptoms and have no idea if all linked. So im 22 year old female, slight epilepsy diagnosed since 16 on lamotrogen tablets. Also i have the implanon implant. I have suffered abdominal pain for a few months now. in the summer i was having around 4 bowel movements a day, my diet was very poor at the time and i was working with animals in a zoo birds mainly (incase could be contracted disease) As of late i have had different bowel movements sometimes 2 days without then after this i can go around 3-5 times in a day. All the time i get discomfort in bowels and pain, and for the past 2 weeks I have had urinary problems. Now my weak bladder only occurs AFTER a bowel movement that has come after constipation. Now being on implanon implant I did have a pregnancy test done just incase at doctors, and did mention that i had pain and blood the last time i had intercourse, so i also had chlamydia test, both were negative. Then I also went to the hospital with abdominal pain a month later, blood test and urine test came back with no abnormalties. It was almost 7 months ago since I had sex and i definately am not getting any symptoms of pregnancy and I am very thin and have not put on weight anywhere on my body, or have any extra intake of food. My diet still isnt perfect i will admit. So the problem is my bowel and bladder after bowel movement. My doctor did say it sounded like IBS and also thinks i suffer with anxiety issues what can trigger the ibs to worsen. I do occasionally get acid reflux after eating whats also ibs symptom. Please help as I am constantly panicked and my doctors here in cyprus are not very good Thank you From very paranoid patient
