What Causes Constipation And Acidity After Eating Wheat Free Bread?

not sure if i have built up some sort of food intolerance or allergy??? had a funny turn the other day. after eating wheat free bread, which has been playing my stomach up for approx 8 week with bad constipation and lots of acid...alredy had blood FBC done came back clear???

Dear wheat free bread causes constipation because it contains less fiber than normal bread. But if you feeling allergy to it please Discontinue it see the symptoms improvement.

Use tab. Pantaprazole before breakfast, hi fiber diet, syrp Duphalac 30ml at night time. If your symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
