HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The blood in the urine would be related to the urinary tract and would not be investigated with the colonoscopy.
Investigation of the urinary tract which includes the bladder, ureter, urethra, prostate and kidneys, would be needed.

Causes of blood in the urine (hematuria), include: (1) infection
(2)trauma
(3)blood disorder
(4)stone
(5)mass in the urinary tract
(6)diseases such as lupus can also cause blood to be seen
(7)cysts (sacs) in the kidneys

You would need blood tests and imaging of the urinary tract by ultrasound or CT, to take a look.

I hope this helps
