What Causes Constipation After Severe Stomach Cramps And Diarrhea?

Friday the 11 I started experiencing stomach problems... Cramps and Diarrhea for about 2-3 days. The stomach cramps have been active for a little over a week now. I have been consuming small amounts of food here and there mostly crackers, rice and drinking water. Also drinking tea. I have not had a bowel movement in about a week now and thought it was because I was not eating much... So I started to eat normally and still nothing. I have been taking fiber pills and I just took a laxative and the cramps are still there but no bowel movement.. Not sure if I have a virus or something more serious... Please help! :(
