What Causes Constant Vomiting Post Trauma?

Hi, my father met an accident 3 days ago, he was hospitalized and treated. 2 stitches for the physical injury... And CT was done everything was normal... We brought him home but he is vomiting a lot. He cannot digest anything at all. Should we take him to the hospital again or should wait to see the prescribed medicines work. The meds are pantoprazole, serratiopeptidase, vitamin B complex
