Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of constant vomiting along with dizziness which is due to upper respiratory track infection leading to bronchitis/ granular pharyngitis. It can also occur due to sinusitis , food allergy , food intolerance or panic attack.Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start with course of antibiotics and antiinflammatory medications. You should do warm saline gargles and take steam twice a day. Avoid use of sharp and spicy food substances. Avoid cold carbonated beverages. Your symptoms will resolve in 1 week. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist or otolaryngologist for proper checkup . Doctor may order hearing test , CT OR MRI scan , EEG, ENG and blood test to find out the exact cause and rule out above mention conditions . Doctor may prescribe anti histamine , sedatives , antibiotics and anti emetic drugs . Do not bend forward and drink green tea .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
