What Causes Constant Tiredness And Body Shaking?

I am extremely tired ALL the time. My body shakes from the inside out! I have migraines but my symptoms are there even when my head isn't hurting. I am freezing cold ALL the time as well and constantly feel as though I have a fever. My doctor is checking my ALT levels again cause they were high before and my vitamin D3 levels and running an amp test! Is it one of those or is there something he's missing? I just wanna feel like me again!! Please help me!!

Hello and I a sorry you are feeling so bad.
There are many things that can cause your symptoms. Low thyroid can cause severe fatigue and can make you feel cold so make sure your doctor has checked that. It could also be anemia, some sort of infection or hepatitis (since you had an elevated ALT). Make sure you doctor check your hemoglobin and does blood tests for hepatitis B and C as well. I hope you are feeling better soon.
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
